My Website is unavailable, My Customer cant fill out their application. I just created it yesterday, what is going on ? This is bad for business

I think you have reset your custom form URL that's why it is not working. One of my colleagues has replied your other thread here https://www.jotform.com/answers/1000962. Kindly check.
