    Hello order form does not work.

    I have checked and your account is overlimit. Because of that all of your forms are disabled. Free user can have up to 1,000 form views per month. I saw that we have doubled your form views to 2,000. Currently you are over that limit as well. You have 2011 form views.

    If you want to have unlimited form views you can check JotForm Footer option on settings page of your account.

    You can also upgrade your account to increase number of form views. More about different account types and limits you can find on our pricing page. 

    However if you don't want to add JotForm footer or upgrade your account, you have to wait until your form view counter resets to zero which will be on first day of the following month(1st December).
