How do I use conditions/emails with multiple selections on dropdown?

If I have a list in a drop down section, with the conditions set to "if ______ is equal to (or contains?)", must I do a new condition for each item with a different email? I have a dropdown where if you select 5 of say 15 options they go to one person, 10 options go to this person ... can I separate them by commas? It doesn't seem to be working that way, but looking for any other suggestions other than making a separate condition for each email, as it seems it's coming to that..

Unfortunately, this will not work since selected values within the Checkbox in Dropdown widget are not comma separated.

Alternatively, you might consider using a standard Check Box field type and multiple rules (for each option) within the same condition.
