I am receiving a PCI::DPRP Is Disabled error on pay pal credit card payments (pay pal works)

    I have a merchant account with pay pal.  I've added the widget for paypal pro.  I've entered the API info and it verifies.  It presents the user with two choices: PayPal or enter credit card.  When a user enters paypal, there is no trouble with the transaction. When the user enters a direct credit card payment, they get an error "PCI::DPRP is disabled for this merchant.

     

    Any suggestions?  Is this you or PayPal

    Please contact your PayPal support, and verify that your PayPal credentials are correct, and are actually PayPal Pro credentials.
