How can I automatically update the payment field items from one form to another?

    Hi There,

I have two forms.  One is so that customers can pay with credit card through Square.  The other is so that customers can make a purchase order and pay via EMT.  The products I have in both forms are identical.  I just updated my product list in my EMT form.  I need to make the exact same changes in my Square form.  Is there a way to duplicate product list changes from one form to another, or do I have to spend an hour doing it all again in the other form?

    Thanks

Unfortunately, there is no way to automatically update other forms based on the changes in one form. You have to manually do it again in the EMT form. Or, clone the CC form then make the changes to the cloned form. You have to replace your current EMT form with the cloned form.

In the cloned form, you have the option to delete, keep the product items when prompted then add a new payment field. The form builder will automatically add the items including the options.

This is the easiest one and would save your form submissions in the original form(s).

If you publish the form through email, you need to send the new form URL. If you published the form on your website, you have to get the embed codes of the new form.

    I hope that helps.
