Segments of the report are not showing up in submissions.

    Our baptismal form is missing data from a number of fields.  The sponsor information is missing.  I cannot figure out what is wrong with these fields.

    I have checked your form and I can see the same info is displaying in the submissions page and the inbox section in "My Forms" page, what I have noticed in your form is that none of your fields is required so it means that your submitter may simply leave some fields empty and the form will be still submitted or he/she could also submit the form empty.

    In your submissions I can see some of them with empty fields, but there are some others with all the fields filled, so what I would suggest you is to set the needed fields as required, this way you will avoid getting empty fields.

    To set a field as required click on the field and options icon, one there click on the option required:
