I am trying to get the https script links to embed forms, but keep getting the File Cannot Be Saved error. Any ideas? I get it on every form on my account, and sometimes they still save, but I can only use the forms if I already have the links.

The forms are not showing on an https website because the browser doesnt load the mixed content.

So if I understand your issue you're having a problem with getting the embed script for your form from us through your account that is resulting in the "File Cannot Be Saved" Error, correct?

Can you please provide us with your account username or related email address containing the forms on your account so that we may investigate?

I checked your email address for "scott_cardoza@bostonenv.com" but I only found two guest accounts and that may be why you are getting the error possibly since you might need to sign up for an account.

Additionally, I looked at your page here http://forms.consumerfocusmarketing.com/ but, it appears you're using our JotForm Engine and if that's the case our engine is no longer on sale and is as-is therefore no support is provided for that.

How do we update our forms to be supported by you then?

Under that account we have 3 usernames that I log in with, either Jenn, Colby or David.

As far as I know, as Kade said above, there is no support provided for the JotForm Engine version anymore, it has been discontinued and will not be possible to provide updates or anything that may help in case of errors.

Regarding to the accounts I can only find accounts for the username Jenn and Colby, but Jenn was created on 2011 and the this year was the last seen as well, the account for Colby was created on 2007 and there is no record about the last seen.

Please do note that in order to help you, we will need to get the link to a working form, and it should be under one account on our main site www.jotform.com.

If you have any question, please let  us know.
