Can I add a specific date to have billing done?

I'm creating a form to have clients enter their own credit card info for recurring billing that will flow through to our PayPal account. I don't see anyway to select a specific date to process the credit card.  Is that possible?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick a date for the recurring payment setup. Your subscribers will be charged periodically based on when they subscribed.
