Email recipients name not showing up

I have a spot on my form, where you can click on a check box to send a copy of the form to certain people, when selected. That works fine, but on the copy of the form that gets emailed, the name of the person who got selected doesn't show up. It send it to them, ok. On the form it says "send a copy to...blank". I would like it to say the name of the person who got the email.

What am I missing?

It shows blank because the Field Name was incorrect on your Notification's email body template.

It was supposed to be {sendA} instead of {trailBuilder}

To fix this, just change the Field Name on the email body template like so:
