Can you please provide us more details what you mean when you say someone took your position as main? Also when you said you have moved yourself to be a sub-user (assuming this was from being a main user), can you also please provide us more information on this one?

It would be difficult for us to take action on matters which we have no information as these kind of matters cannot be done in an arbitrary manner.
