Your thread post is empty. As I figured out from the subject, you might have a problem regarding sub user.
Could you please identify your problem clearly here once again? Since, I checked your account and you are neither a sub-user of another account nor having a sub-user.
For any case, I'm adding here also the guide regarding sub user accounts.
Please also note that you can find details about adding up to how many sub users based on JotForm subscription at your pricing page. You can add 1 sub-user due to being in a Free plan. If you would like to add more than one, you may need to upgrade.
