How can I turn off the emails when edits have been done?

I have a field hidden so I can go in and update that field after I complete a follow up based on form submission. I am getting emails when the field is updated - how can I turn off the emails when edits have been done?

You can turn it off in the notification settings under the advanced tab. Just set "Send on Edit" to NO like the following.
