A 5-2 Bad Gateway error is being displayed when customers try and submit their registration form

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate the issue. I opened your webpage and I did a test submission in your form. It was successful, the Thank You Page appears after I hit the Submit button.
It is possible that your users got disconnected or having a connection issue when they try to submit the form. You may suggest trying another browser if the issue persists.
