    What is going on with your site?

    I'm trying to make changes to my forms, and your site is crashing or just hanging constantly.  The auto-save icon churns constantly, and isn't saving anything, because I lost a bunch of work I did yesterday.  When I try to edit HTML, it doesn't let me do it and then it starts moving items around.  It is a mess!!

    I haven't been able to do anything the last two days.

    Please check if JavaScript is enabled in your browser: http://enable-javascript.com/ 

    Also, make sure there aren't any plugins or add-ons that may be blocking the JotForm page. I would also recommend you to try using another browser, we recommend using Chrome or Firefox. Let us know if you need more help.

    I'm using  Firefox and I've confirmed that JavaScript is enabled.  I'm able to do a bit more today (add fields, images), but the "Save" icon just keeps going around and around (it's been that way for 30 minutes easily).  This is what happened to me yesterday, and when I left the page, nothing was saved.  So I'm afraid to do that again, but I have no confidence that what I"m doing is being saved.  I can't click on any other Icons (e.g. Preview) on the toolbar.  This is my form:  https://www.jotform.com//?formID=63405245489158

    I checked your form, and clicked the save button, and it saved correctly, it spun for 15 second max:

    Please try using Chrome browser.

    I've tried it on both Chrome and Firefox with the same frustrating results.  I just uploaded a new image, and the Save icon keeps spinning.  It's been at least 5 minutes at this point.  And based on my experience the last two and a half days, I could continue to make updates, and nothing will ever get saved.  It was working just fine on Tuesday, 12/6 and I only started having problems on 12/7.  I even tried rebooting my laptop and starting with a "fresh" browser, and nothing doing.  I've even tried turning off "Auto Save" and the same thing happens.  We are trying to sell some school items before Christmas, so I really need to get these updates done.  At this point, I will seriously start looking for another tool to use for an online store and drop JotForm altogether in the future.

    We're sorry to hear about the troubles you are experiencing. Same as with my colleague, your form works fine here. I have also cloned your form into my account, removed a field, re-added an Image field, and the saving process took only a couple of seconds, as can be seen in the following screen recording:

    The issue you are experiencing may be due to your local network or a computer issue, as we are not receiving such reports, and it works fine for us from several different continents. The saving process is almost instant.

    I understand that you already tried a different browser, but please try using another browser again, and this time use its Private / Incognito window while using our site. Also make sure you disable any browser extensions such as adblock. This will ensure that your browser fetches the resources freshly from our site, rather than using its cached resources, and that your browser does not prevent connections to our site.

    Should the issue persist in a different browser through its Private / Incognito mode, then please try using a different computer or a different network for connecting to JotForm. Our site appears to be operational at this time, and saving of your form should not be taking long.

    I tried going into my form and turning off Auto Save immediately, and all of a sudden it's working fine.  I still am not sure why it all of a sudden started working again.  Hopefully it lasts.
