delay in updating form

    Please note that there is a sensible delay in updating

    between .com and european server (i think two different machines).

    For example 15 minutes ago i have modified and saved
    my form at:

    https://eu.jotform.com//?formID=11282905715

    but the public visible form at:

    https://secure.jotform.com/lotto64/costruttore-di-metodi

    still shows old informations.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    We have an ongoing maintenance today. Perhaps it is the reason why it has a delay in updating your form. We tested your form and there was no delay issue on our end.

    If issue still persists, please let us know.

    dear support,

     

    i just post a question as a public around 30 minutes a go and still not appear in forum......

    i have a problem from 4 hours ago about file upload and dont get a support until now.....
