Unfortunately, there is no live chat at this time - there is in general, but only under specific circumstances, however since there are over 2 million people using JotForm FormBuilder, even when the live chat is available, it quickly becomes locked due to all spaces being taken, but we tend to announce when the chat is available on our twitter account - @jotformsupport.
