I'm afraid there is no way we can hide a specific form tab conditionally.

Though we can hide a form tab permanently using CSS codes, I believe, that's not what you are looking for.

You can use javascript to do that. However, we also do not support javascript injections within the form due to security reasons. But, custom javascript might be used with the form's form source code embedding method.

Also, may I suggest the use of "Form Collapse" instead?

The Form Collapse can be shown and hidden using conditions.
