I received a form submission on 12/8/2016 and was not notified in my email. I just happened to stop in at jotform to grab a form link and noticed it. That has happened before, but sometimes I DO get notified. Was this a glitch? Is there something I need to update?Page URL:

I checked the email associated with the form, but it didn't end in the Bounce list. Did you check if your email ended in Junk/Spam folder by any chance?
As you can see from the below, all submissions were sent:
