I am getting an error when trying to load the quiz form app. Is this app still active?
The error I am receiving is: SOMETHING WENT WRONG WHEN FETCHING FORMS, PLEASE TRY AGAIN.

I have tried accessing the Quiz Form app and see that it is loading normally at my end.
Please make sure that you are logged in to your JotForm account. Also, please try logging into your JotForm account by using a different browser or private/incognito window to see if that works.
