Is there any way to prevent submitted forms from showing up as "submitted?"

I'm trying to use a form for employee reviews but I don't want the submitted form to show up under "Submitted" but I do want it to be emailed.

Is this possible?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you do not want the submission data to be visible in your form's submission page but submission email should be sent?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of our "Auto Delete Submissions" app which will delete the submissions as soon as it is received. Please note that before deleting the submission, it will trigger notification email.
