This is the response after completing form in Muse live:

"Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form."

    How to fix?

I cloned your form and it is set to Unique Submission to Check cookies and IP. It means that you can only submit one submission per IP address, it helps to prevent spam bots and multiple submissions to your form.

You can fix it by changing the Unique Submissions to No Check in the Advanced Preferences settings. Here's how:

    1. Open your form and click the Preferences button in the Form Builder.

    2. Go to the (1)Advanced tab, click the drop down menu in the (2)Unique Submission and set it No Check. After that, click the (3)Save Changes button when you're done.
