You can use the Form Analytics. This feature will help you find out how many people are coming to your forms. Here's a related blog post: https://www.jotform.com/blog/150-Introducing-Form-Analytics.

If you have Google Analytics, you can embed it to your form as well using the Google Analytics widget.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

Thank you. Form Analytics is good for the views and conversion rate.

But is there any way to get more indepth insights and see exactly at which position / fields of the form the people break off?

Unfortunately, we don't have that feature here in JotForm. If you want, you can create a Save and Continue form. This form will allow the user to save the current form and then continue later if needed. In this way, once you view the user's session, you can see at what point where the user stopped. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
