Paypal Sandbox transactions are going to the incomplete payment list

    Hi Support team,

    I have created several accounts (One Business, and few of Personal) inside the PayPal SandBox accounts for my form payment test. The payments made on the form were drops into the Incomplete submission while testing. Then I have got notifications after I have clicked "Complete" button on the incomplete submission list.

    How to got a full test that transaction records could be growth to let my project client accept and assume the test is Pass?

    When the payment lands to your incomplete payment list, that means your IPN setting is not properly configured. Please check and make sure that the IPN is set. Please check the following guides for more details:

    This is also applied to Sandbox accounts. 

    If your IPN is configured, let us know so we can investigate further. In most cases, this is the problem so please check.

    Thanks for your help. I have followed the instructions you have mentioned, and I have got one transaction listed inside the Sandbox area successfully. But I can't test it again. The second test got fail and put on Incomplete Payment List.
