I have almost reached 100 submissions as a starter

I have almost reached 100 submissions as a starter, i am been shown as 100 submission limit, but i have 500 submission limit. I have deleted all the old submissions, so can I get again fresh 100 entries

Please be noted that the monthly submissions limit of free accounts is 100. I see that your account has received more than 100 submissions and so the account is scheduled to downgrade. The 500 submissions limit that you are referring to the submission storage limit which allows storing the submissions in your account. If the submission storage is over limit, the oldest submission will be deleted automatically.

You may check the account limits by clicking on the User icon on the right-top corner after you login to your JotForm account or from the Usage section in the account settings. If you want to receive more monthly submissions, you may consider upgrading your account to a paid plan or use Get More feature to increase the monthly submissions limit.
