Why won't it cancel?

    I saw this note for December but it still charged me - just saw the email. Then I logged in. Tried to do it again today and saw this again only January shows where December is - What gives. "You are scheduled to be downgraded to FREE on January 16th, 2017"

    I have cancelled your subscription and refunded your last payment.  You will receive the refund in 5-7 business days depending on how your bank releases funds.  There will be no further charges for your account.
