Unable to upload a photo

We are trying to upload a small photo < 1mb to one of our form but it is not working although our internet connexion is normal

I cloned your form and I tried uploading an image. I was not able to replicate the issue. I have successfully uploaded an image. See the screen animation below:

Please try inserting an image again. Here's a guide:

1. Open your form and go to the Basic Fields tab, click the Image button.

2. In the Upload tab, click the Upload File and select the image you want to upload.
