How do I schedule an email notification to be sent on a date specified in a form?

Hi, I have a form setup that functions as a Rental Report for our bar space.  One of the fields in the form is "Rental Date".  Can I set it up so that a reminder email is sent on the date specified in this field?

Email notifications cannot be scheduled, you can only schedule email auto-responders to be sent on a later date, but there is not an option either to set this based on a form field.
