Is there a way to get X or check mark instead of yes or no?

I want to have a checkbox with a question and if the checkbox is checked the result in the email and PDF should be a check mark (tick) and if the checkbox is left unchecked the result in the PDF and email should be an "X".

eg: Have you read our agreement?

If checked I get a: "V"(check mark)

If unchecked I get a: "X"

Unfortunately, this is not possible with a single checkmark with a conditions. I think this would best achieve by using a radio button since it is an option.
