I cloned a form but the values of dropdowns is not copied.

Hi - I am trying to use a manufacturer form on my website. Here is the link......

When i use it in jotform and try it on my website, the drop down box for two of the options does not come back with the right info. I cant figure out what I may be doing wrong - can you help?

Please note that the form which you are trying to import is a dynamic form. The values of field dropdown is populated but the second and third dropdown is only populated when the first & second dropdown is selected respectively. 

The best way forward is to build the form yourself. I would suggest you to please take a look at our "Dynamic Dropdowns" widget and see if it helps you.
