We have tried this on two different browsers on two different computers, one HP and one MAC.....It will let me do everything BUT pay for the upgrade for 1 year with a CC.....super frustrated. I am coming up against a deadline and will need to purchase a different form product if I can't get this resolved. Can someone call me or is there a number I can call to upgrade? There seems to be a script error that's causing this problem to your end. I have raised this problem to our manager to see if we can do something about it.
For the meantime, try to do the following:
1. Clear your browser cookies for Jotform.
2. Clear your browser's cache.
3. After doing the above, log in to your account and try to upgrade again.
