What if I reach my upload limit?

I have my form linked to my dropbox on a free account.

I require my team members to upload high quality photo's to my dropbox. So the 100mb upload limit will be reached quite easily.

What if I reach my upload limit of 100mb?

Will my form stop accepting submissions? Or will they still be saved to my dropbox?

    Thank you for your support.

    Hello Thomas,

Please note that if you are reaching close to your account upload limit of 100 MB, warning email will be sent to you. Another warning email with a time frame when the forms will be disabled is sent when you reach your account upload limit. If you do not upgrade your account within the time frame, all your forms will be disabled. Once your forms are disabled, users will not be able to submit forms.

If you do not want to upgrade your account, you will have to ensure that your upload storage space usage is within the upload limit. You will have to delete the submission record which has file attachment. Please note that deleting a submission record will also delete the attached file as well which will free up your upload storage space.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
