I cloned a form originally created in the V3 editor, it opens in the new V4 editor automatically and I can't edit any content.

I have checked your JotForm using v4 form builder and see that the fields are editable at my end.
Could you try logging to your account using a private/incognito window or a different browser and see if that works? If you want to switch to v3 form builder, you may switch from your Account settings.
