I tired forwarding an application to my email then it kept going me message that I need to delete the mail address
I cannot now recieve my applications to email@example.com

I checked your email account and found it in our bounce list. Apparently, AOL rejected the email sent by JotForm which resulted to being included in the said bounce firstname.lastname@example.org
Reason(s) : smtp; 521 5.2.1 : (DMARC:AOL) This message failed DMARC
AOL emails are pretty strict when it comes to auto-generated emails being sent to them, which may result to this rejection. I would recommend that if you have a gmail account, use that instead for receiving emails. I personally find that the best email service for receiving emails and system alerts.
I also have removed your email address from the said bounce list, you should start receiving emails again from your forms the next time you receive submissions.
