I want to enable users book appointments by date and time.

Looking to allow users to book a date and time without displaying hundreds of slots. Have used conditional logic to make it so that users can select a day of the week and then only show times for that day but this isn't very good if someone wants to book for the next week and needs to be updated weekly. Has anyone been able to do this properly? 

Do you mean you want to reset the number of available slots for your Appointment Slots widget when user selected a different dates (next week)? I noticed in your form that you have added 6 Appointment slots for Monday-Saturday.

That you show/hide these fields conditionally depending on the day selected. Unfortunately, you will need to add different Appointment slots for different days for your form so the number of available slots displayed on the widget is for that specific date. There is no current option in JotForm that will set or record the number of slots taken for a specific date and time for one Appointment slots widget field.
