I just published the form I've created,12-20-16, and it already show 926 views. How is that possible?

It has now exceeded view allowances. I know we do not have that kind of traffic. 

I also just upload a robot.txt file disallowing this specific page.

I believe I figured it out. Dreamweaver kept refreshing therefore kept creating views. 

For future reference I'll disable the link while working on the files then re-enable it when done with the editing.

Yes, that is true, Dreamweaver can generate views because of refreshing. If you have any further questions please let us know.
