I have several conditions in my form and without any explanation they stopped working. This is the 3rd form that i create and still can´t get it to work properly. This new versions messed up everything and no one is replying to my issues.

I have checked your form named "despesas final" and cloned it in order to test it on my side in both versions.
I have seen that you have 104 conditions in your form. I have checked them and I have experienced that they are working as you can see the following example screen below:
I do not know if you did on purpose but I have seen that you have set the same email condition to "Andre Pita", "Ana Pereira", "Miguel Silva", "Nuno Pires", and "Domingos Pedroso" as "email@example.com". Maybe, this is why you thought some conditions do not work.
On the other hand, If you believe that V4 affects your working so much, you can switch back to V3 as you can see the following screen until you will publish the form:

Thanks for the fast reply.
Unfortunately i´m having the same issues. When you choose a "Colaborador" the conditions are that the fields "E-mail" and "Departamento" are automatically filled. This is not happening in every case despite the conditions are active. Other issue that i can remember is when you select some options in "Tipo de despesa" it should appear and hidden field populated with a specific number. Unfortunately i can´t confirm this, because i´ve switched back to the V3 version and now i can´t add or change conditions, and most of the times when i try to do that, the form freezes and the only way is to go back directly on my browser.
This is affecting all my forms. One of them disappeared completely when i´m on editing mode, so i can´t add or change questions, conditions, etc. I can´t even recover previous versions of the file.

I see that you have initially opened a separate thread regarding the issue(s) you're having with your form(s).
Aside from that, you've also opened two other threads about it, too.
I understand that this may be really frustrating and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. However, I would suggest you refer to the original thread you posted about the concern if you have any additional information that you would like to let us know. This way, we would be able to easily monitor other issues that are relevant to the initial issue you're experiencing.
I will forward this to our developers and include it in the report that was submitted by my colleague in this thread.
