Is Bronze plan allow us 1000 submissions per month?

We will be signing up with you bronze plan. I want to make sure that we only pay for the months we have submissions. Right? 

Please let me know.

Also can I down grade to Free plan again? Because for several months we will be inactive.

The Bronze plan allows us 1000 submissions. Is this 1000 submissions per month or per year, or per ....? Thanks.

The Bronze plan allows you to have 1000 submissions monthly. Your monthly submission limit resets zero for the first day of the month. Also, the bronze plan allows you to have  UNLIMITED total submission.

Since I'm only in charge of online registration for 2017. So I will buy a year subscription.

Can the new person downgrades our plan to free for the months we are inactive even though we have reached our 100 free submissions?

If you purchase a year subscription, your subscription will run continuously until the time runs out.  Automatic renewal can be cancelled at any time, however, the subscription would not be paused.  If your account is over any limits when it downgrades back to Free, form will be disabled.
