After following the procedures to setup Dwolla integration with JotForm, the last step describes Webhooks. After Edit Features, I get a message "...webhooks configured on this page only apply to API V1." The link to V2 documentation leads to a confusing description of webhook syntax, but no useful examples.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, Dwolla is discontinuing its product as of October 2018. But if you’re looking for an alternative to collect ACH payments through your forms, you can check out other great alternatives here.

    Hi Thomas,

    Thank you for contacting us.

After Edit Features, I get a message "...webhooks configured on this page only apply to API V1." The link to V2 documentation leads to a confusing description of webhook syntax, but no useful examples.

Please, can you provide us more detail about your issue? I did not understand your problem clearly. If you explain your issue, we can share useful examples with you.

If you have any questions or issue, feel free contact us.

New response receivedI’ll try to elaborate. Brookline Food Coop has a web site, which has a Donation page.
It was built using Dwolla v1, and now some of the buttons do not work. I am trying to
update to API V2, but some of the functions that used to be supported are now being
provided by JotForm. As I explained earlier, when I tried to follow the steps to integrate,
a message is displayed that the webhooks info shown only applies to API V1. The link which
takes you to API V2 goes to the beginning of the entire body of documentation. Webhooks
is one of the section titles, but the section is primarily a list of definitions of webhook
syntax, with no place to input information, and no description of how it differs from API V1.
I’m not sure if I should be asking JotForm or Dwolla for more information.

In your Dwolla Application Settings, please try to change the OAuth URL to https://www.jotform.com/api/dwolla/complete.php.

Our developers have decided to use a universal URL for Dwolla to avoid any confusion.

Hope that works. Let us know if you're still having issues. Thank you.
