Missing forms on our My Forms list

Asked by Jennifer Hastings  on December 25, 2016 at 12:12 PM

We have two forms - one that we use to send our website contact@ to us for reply and I created one for a fill in submission.  They are not under favorites or anywhere to be found.  Can you help please?

    Thank you, Jennifer

    Hi Jennifer,

I checked your website and I can see the Contact Us form https://www.jotform.us/form/33254434874155  embedded on the website page.

When I checked on your My Forms list I can see the form also available.

Is this the form you are missing? Let us know if still not this one.

    Thanks.

Glad to know you found your form Jennifer.

You may also try clearing your web browser's cache and see if that works, here's a link that will help with that: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2480401,00.asp
