Missing forms on our My Forms list

    We have two forms - one that we use to send our website contact@ to us for reply and I created one for a fill in submission.  They are not under favorites or anywhere to be found.  Can you help please?

    I checked your website and I can see the Contact Us form https://www.jotform.us/form/33254434874155  embedded on the website page.

    When I checked on your My Forms list I can see the form also available.

    It’s a Chrome thing as I just checked on Firefox it is shows up. Thanks for your assistance.
