I removed the password and credit card information from my form. Now I can enable my forms back to whree they were before, why?

After I've done my review, I realized that you've removed the phishing field on your form. Because of this reason I re-activated your account. But I'd like to point out that if you add phishing fields like these again, your account'll be disabled automatically by our phishing remark system.
