Hi, goog morning from Seville (Spain)

I am using jotform as an order for different cities and I would like to work with affiliates for my suscriptions and add my forms to their websites. Is it possible to create a unique link to the forms that I have created so I want to track if an order came from a certain affiliate.

Thank you so much for your help

    Hi Angel,

    Thank you for contacting us.

As I understood you want to know your submissions referrer website. I can suggest you, you can use our "Get Referrer" widget. While you are using the same form on different websites, you can able to see your referrer's URL on your submission.

Search "Get Referrer" at More Fields and add this widget to your form.

Hi helen. Thanks  for your answer but it is not what I am looking for.

I look for the possibility of affiliates with a banner on their website can access to sell our products and I be clear that this order should be commissioned to affiliate X

Best wishes and happy new year

Instead of the Get Referrer widget, you can use this Get Form Page URL widget: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url. This widget will track down the page where the form is submitted. This should work for your affiliate system in the form.
