We getting repeated forms of jargon from potential clients where the details are scrambled.

We tested ourselves and it happens as soon as the submit button is chosen.

Please advise how to fix as we would like to keep using jotform on our webpage but cant whilst this issue is occurring.

    Many thanks

    Hi,

You have enabled form encryption feature in your form. It is a client-side encryption feature. It encrypts the form data as soon as you hit the submit button. To access the encrypted data, you will have to use the private key which you can generate in the encryption wizard. Please check this guide to learn more https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

I would suggest decrypting the encrypted submissions data first by following the guide above so you can view them before turning this feature off in your form.

So to turn it off, here's how:

    1. Go to your form Preferences

    2. Go to Advanced tab, then set NO on Encrypt Form Data
