No. I see that your account has received 100 submissions and so new submissions cannot be received for the current month unless you upgrade your account. The submission count will be reset on the 1st day of the following month and you should be able to receive 100 submissions again for the next month. However, the total submissions can be stored in the account is only 500 submissions for free subscription plan. If you need to store more submissions in your account, you'll need to upgrade your account.
