Field set on form, but not functioning as set

    I have the date set on my form https://form.jotform.com/63009005148144 .  I is set 2016 to 2019.  I shows when I am on the edit screen it is set this way but on the preview only 2016 is showing.  Is there something I am missing.  I was working properly, because I have received form with different selected years.  I have tested on my iPad, iPhone and desktop and all will not pull up the different years anymore.
