Are you taking a holiday break from support?

    I've been tweeting to your @JotFormSupport channel, but haven't been getting any response. Is your support team off for the holidays? The text at the bottom of the most recent email blast (regarding 50% discount) indicates that you provide 24/7 support, so to not get a response over a few days conflicts with that.
