Why cant people access the form on Facebook, if they are using a mobile device?

    I have tried to access the from from a tablet and smartphone, and neither will allow me to access the form, 

    This is frustrating as we have a number of people wanting to access it, but cannot access a computer.

    May we know how you have embedded the form in your Facebook page? Were you using the JotForm Tab? 

    Could you please try re-embedding the form by following this guide instead: https://www.jotform.com/help/82-Adding-a-form-to-Facebook-Custom-iFrame-App-
