How to fill a form at a later date with an email reminder if possible

i would also like to include the option of returning back to the form at a later date, with the option to produce an email providing them a link to carry on where they started .

I know it's a bit of a long one and seems a bit techy but once you get the idea it's actually pretty simple. What's simply going on with this guide is, you create two different forms. In the first one you get basic info with an email field which enables you to send the session link for the second form with an Autoresponder email. 

Please make sure you test this form which is also provided in the guide, after you completed reading the whole thing. Please provide your actual email address while filling it out to see how it's working.
