in 2015 we had a $9,95 per month plan that seems to have stopped. Now it's telling us we're out of storage. What does this really mean? Over 100 submissions and it won't take any more? Do you have any other monthly plans instead of billed yearly?

Your account/username prchope is currently under the FREE plan. Your last paid monthly subscription was on Oct 31 2015. Since the paid subscription had already expired, your subscription was downgraded to the FREE subscription as it is now.
You may need to upgrade the subscription to the higher plan (paid plan) to be able to have an expanded storage limits. You can use the Upgrade option in the JotForm pricing page
