Error in typed fields when ' or " is entered

Since the update, whenever I have entered punctuation ' or "  it is changed to create a typo, with additional letters and signs.  How can I resolve this?

I am not sure if I understand the issue correctly but I cloned the form and tried to input ' and " in the text boxes but did not encounter any issue. The submissions were also found to be correct.
