What is the IPN we should use??

    This article says:

    https://ipn.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php

    Another article says:

    https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php

This is the address of that article:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ

Neither seem to work for me. All transactions are appearing as "incomplete payments". I say "seem": I'm testing this out using a PayPal sandbox account. I'm assuming that a sandbox transaction will do everything a normal transaction does except give me money.

Both will actually work but to avoid confusion, we have updated the guide. Please use https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php as explained in the Paypal FAQ section.

Basically, you don't need to set the above IPN URL in your Paypal account. For as long as your Paypal IPN is enabled, it will be overridden on JotForm-initiated Paypal transactions.

If you're testing your Paypal Form, please follow this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/390-How-to-Test-Paypal-Payment-Form.

Even on sandbox mode, you will have to complete the payment transactions over Paypal so the submissions will be completed.

If you have more questions, let us know.

When you test using sandbox on purchases or anything else you must when you are in that webpage such as ebay paypal etsy etc. Type http://sandbox.etsy.com or sandbox.paypal.com and then it will allow you to make a purchase or sell something.
